Want a quick and easy recipe with a Spicy twist? Served up some Blackened Cod, Italian Seasoned Orzo, Sautéed Broccoli!
Ingredients for Blackened Cod:
Seafood of your Choice - I used Cod for this one!
Naturally SASI Blackened Seasoning
Olive Oil
Ingredients for Italian Seasoned Orzo:
Orzo Pasta
Naturally SASI Italian Seasoning
Frozen Spinach Package
Parmesan
Salt
Ingredients for Sautéed Broccoli:
Package of frozen baby Broccoli
Sea Salt & Course Black Pepper
How to Cook: Get your seafood, coat evenly with blackened (this is spicy - so the more the spicier). Heat pan with olive oil, cook on either side to the wellness of your liking.
Boil some water and place orzo in the boiling water, cook to al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water, drain. Sautee spinach until cooked, add in Naturally SASI Italian Seasoning, add in orzo. Sautee Orzo, Spinach, NS Italian Seasoning; add in pasta water (or heavy whipping cream for some creaminess) and cook for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan (or not - but cheese makes everything better)!
Heat a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil until hot, add in frozen broccoli. Season with Sea Salt & Black Pepper to your liking. Cook until done to your liking (I cook on higher heat to get a little char on it).
